Can I buy trees inboth pre-lit and unlit versions?
Yes. Most collections, such as King Pine and Shimmering Pine, are available in both ways. Pre-lit trees come with premium
LED lighting already woven throughout, while unlit trees provide complete creative freedom for personal decorating.
Are Via Luci trees safe for families and pets?
Absolutely. All trees are constructed with
flame-retardant, non-toxic materials and meet strict safety standards, making

Are your lights LED, and are they energy-efficient?
Yes! We exclusively offer premium LED lighting—known for being up to 90% more
efficient than traditional incandescent bulbs. You’ll enjoy brighter,
longer-lasting illumination with significantly lower energy costs and minimal
maintenance.
What lighting effectsdo you offer?
SPARKLE™ Color Change Rice Lights shift seamlessly from warm white to multi-color, with a 4:1 twinkle effect. Most pre-lit collections include an RF remote (and in
some cases a foot pedal), giving you instant control over brightness, color,
and effects.
Are the lights replaceable?
Yes. Each tree includes replacement bulbs and is designed with protection systems so that if one bulb fails, the rest remain
illuminated.
Can I use Via Lucilights outdoors?
Yes. Lights included in outdoor-rated products (such as porch pots, pathway trees, and garlands) are fully weather-tested for seasonal use. Always check the product details for location suitability.
Doyour lights require power adapters?
Most Via Luci strings plug directly into a standard 110 V outlet and don’t need
extra adapters. Specialty styles (e.g., larger or custom-connected systems)
will come with any needed adapters or power supplies.

Receive free shipping on orders over $50.
Oversized items, such as full-size trees, may carry an additional
handling fee.
How are large trees shipped?
Trees 7.5’ and under are shipped in a single
box. Trees 9’ and over are shipped in multiple cartons for easier handling.
Each box is carefully packed to ensure the tree arrives safely.
Do you offerinternational shipping?
Currently, we ship throughout the United States and Canada. International expansion is planned.

Are Via Luci treesdifficult to assemble?
Not at all. With Insta-Shape™ branches, Power Pole™ technology, and clear instructions, most trees can be assembled and fluffed in under 30 minutes.
How do I fluff mytree to look full?
Begin at the base and gently angle each branch outward. Taking time with shaping ensures a lush, natural silhouette.
How should I store mytree and décor?
Store items in a cool, dry place in their
original packaging. Avoid humid spaces such as basements or attics.
What if a light isn’t working or goes out?
Our LEDs are designed to resist corrosion and weather damage—last for seasons. If
an issue arises, our warranty covers eligible defects for up to three years,
subject to our return policy.
