Via Luci Warranty
All of our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for 90 days. Most of our product line has a limited warranty for the time periods listed below:
1 Year:
RGB, Incandescent Light Sets, Cherry Blossom Trees, Timers, Micro Lights, Light Bursts, Twig Lights, Shimmering Spheres, Radiant Blasts, Big Seed Connectables, B/O Big Seed, B/O Micro Lights, Novelty Trees, Resins, Patio Light Sets.
3 Years:
Bulbs (C7/C9/G50), Clips/Tabs, Cord, LED Light Sets (5mm/8M/C6/Rice Lights/Cluster Lights), Light Drops, Wire Décor, Foldable Spheres, Wreaths, Garlands and Foliage, Light Sets on Christmas Trees, LightLinks, Gumballs Lights, Orbs, Cluster & Compact Rice Lights, Cluster Lights, Weeping Willows, Curtain Lights, Starry Lights, Connect N Sync Cluster
Warranty is for non-permanent installation and for use no more than 90 days at a time.
Additionally, the following product conditions are Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Damage from improper installation or removal; including hanging product(s) from light cords rather than proper clips or wires.
- Damage from electrical surges or lightning strikes.
- Products that have been modified or changed in any way.
- Damage from wind, floods or other extreme weather conditions.
- Damage from insects and animals
All Returns Must Include a copy of the purchasing Sales Order, Paid
Invoice or receipt.
All Retail Returns within the first year, are to be taken back to the original Retail Store where purchased.
After 1 year, the warranty returns will be processed through Via Luci.
All Retail Claims Must Include the Original Receipt and Retail Packaging UPC.
Product returns within the warranty period must first be approved by Via Luci. Once the
warranty return has been approved, the product should be shipped back to Via Luci, at
the owner’s expense, and will then be inspected to determine if it falls under warranty
coverage. Upon approval of such return, the product will be replaced (or repaired) with the same, or similar product. In the event, that an item cannot be replaced (or repaired), a credit will be issued to be used on future purchases.
If products are found to be defective upon delivery (and before use) please contact Via Luci by email at: CSR@Vialuci.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
No Refunds Will Be Given – Replacement product or merchandise credit will be offered.
